How can I be sure my adjustment is correct?

You will test fit the mouth guard before you place it in boiling water and figure out at how many millimeters feels right to move your jaw forward as you sleep. We recommend keeping it in your mouth for 5 minutes to be sure it feels comfortable. You will then to place boiling water into a bowl or container and leave the mouth guard in for 90 seconds. Then remove it and place it in your mouth biting down as hard as possible for 2 minutes until your teeth are molded into the mouth guard. You are now ready to sleep with SleepMD.

Can I use the mouth guard while playing sports?

SleepMD mouth guard is specifically designed as a sleep mouth guard and we do not recommend you use it for sports as this will potentially destroy the mouth guard.

What If I have a smaller mouth?

During your adjustment phase the mouth guard will be placed in boiling water. Before you place it in this will be your opportunity to adjust Zcomfort to your liking within 10mm and it also shrinks due to the heat.

Can the mouth guard be worn with braces?

Yes. SleepMD can be worn with traditional braces.

What if I have dentures?

SleepMD can be worn with permanent and removable dentures safely.

What if I am not satisified with the results?
